Help CenterAt the 2-stage challenge, we do not limit traders by time. We do not want our traders to rush into an assessment and miss important details. You must have at least 6 trading days on the 1-stage challenge. This is done so that our risk management specialists have enough data to evaluate.
After you have successfully achieved all the goals and fulfilled all the conditions of the challenge, your entire assessment period will be manually reviewed by our risk management team.
After verification, you will go through a process known as KYC or "Know Your Customer". This process includes the following steps: checking your documents, verifying your identity with a selfie, and verifying your address.
Next, we will automatically create your primary account. The last step is to connect your account to our risk management system. This is a necessary step for us, so your transactions are copied. Please note that this step is required only once for each funded account. As soon as we connect your account to our risk management system, you will receive an email notification with the login details for the trading terminal account.
Each stage takes no more than 5 working days.
